Throwback TV Halloween Specials !!!

WBXZ-TV (Throwback TV) - Fresh from a Friday Night online premiere at the Monster Channel, Las Vegas horror host Jim Childs, a.k.a. Sicko-Psychotic, played MTV VeeJay for a change, spinning an insane assortment of horror-themed music videos, sprinkled with guest appearances!

SIDE: A of Sicko-Psychotic's Halloween Music Marathon aired October 29, 2021 on WBXZ's 56.4 Throwback Television station. SIDE B was shown October 31st right before the holiday favorite Halloween with the New Addams Family (1977).

Joining the King of Ghouls were all the familiar characters from the Super Shock Show: Aunt Clarice, Cameo, Mama Lilith, Mr. Nasty, Silky Harlot, the Mail Mummy, and Sicko's deadly household plants - Drake and Shade.

Hannibal Ferox and The OUTLAW Hijack the Captain Isotope Show !!!

Sicko-Psychotic became part of the Captain Isotope and the Enemy of Space universe in a 2-part Halloween Special, which aired on WBXZ's Retro TV station coast to coast beginning on December 4, 2021 and could be viewed multiple times throughout the month of December.

While Sicko (Las Vegas actor Jim Childs) takes on the alias of Hannibal Ferox, other familar characters from the Super Shock Show make appearances: Cameo, Silky Harlot, and Mama Lilith. This time, however, the role of Mama Lilith is played by scream queen Sherri Lyn Litz (Return to Nuke 'Em High Volume 1; Snow Shark: Ancient Snow Beast). Since Zusie Umali was not available to reprise the role, Litz was the perfect choice having played the mythical character multiple times in The OUTLAW series from 2013-2016. Because of this multi-crossover event, other characters from The OUTLAW universe also joined in. Needless to say, Captain Isotope (played by Erik J. Nielsen) and his friends had their hands full dealing with dangerous rogues at every turn.

The Art of Gothling !!!

Horror Host Stevie Gothling creates these amazing art promos for The Monster Channel. Just in time for Christmas... the two above are a couple of my favorites and feature Karlos Borloff from Monster Madhouse and Mistress Malicious from Mistress Peace Theatre. The one at the very top was for Sicko-Psychotic's Halloween Music Marathon in which Gothling and his alter ego Tim the Enchanter made a special appearance. Down below is none other than Gothling himself.

Halloween Cavalcade of Horror Hosts !!!

Among the terror-ific musicians listed, there were also special musical performances by horror hosts Penny Dreadful XIII (Danielle Gelehrter) doing her phantasmically fun rendition of the MONSTER MASH; Crematia Mortem (Roberta Solomon) and her creepy family serving up a hilarious and frightfully freaky MORTEM RAP; Arachna of the Spider People (Alexis Hmielak) and her old pal, Deadly, performing a Halloween favorite - I PUT A SPELL ON YOU; Dr. Sarcofiguy singing a wonderfully wicked original song called NOSFERATU; and, finally, Sicko-Psychotic (Jim Childs) and the Sick-Shack Shakers (whew! Say that 10 times!) singing and dancing a tribute to the much missed Rhonda Baffes and Bizarre TV in the form of a parody song.

The complete marathon (sides A & B combined) aired on October 26, 2021 and then again on November 1st and 4th on The Monster Channel.

In addition to Sicko-Psychotic's Halloween Music Marathon... other horror hosted Specials were aired: Beware Theater with Arachna of the Spider People, The Dungeon of Dr. Dreck, The Igorro Show, Midnight Massacre Theatre with The Sinister Minister, Midnite Mausoleum with Marlena Midnite, The Midnight Movie with Ritch and Triv, Monster Madhouse with Karlos Borloff, Monster Movie Night with Bobby Gammonster, Morbid Mansion Theater with Mr. Multo, The New Uncle Gregory Horror Hour, The Raven's Rookery, and The Weirdness Really Bad Movie with Dave Binkley and Mike Mace, etc.

All Music! All Dancing! All Screaming!

Among all the fun things we do during the month of October is listen to spooky holiday music. Because of this, the Super Shock Show decided to do a 4-hour Halloween Music Marathon featuring music videos that ranged anywhere from the 1900s to the most current shock and Goth bands.

The Special first aired on The Monster Channel as a 2-part episode (Sides A & B) before it was shown in its entirety. Of course, Sicko-Psychotic and the rest of the cast were on hand to introduce all of the segments. Mama Lilith even made appearances and we brought Aunt Clarice temporarily out of her coma-induced state just for this event. But what made the Marathon all the more Special were all of the horror hosts that popped in from their own shows to wish the viewers a "Happy Halloween" and the generosity of the musicians that allowed us to air their music.

Sicko-Psychotic's Halloween Music Marathon: Side A was shown on The Monster Channel on October 23rd and on the 26th among an incredible lineup of other Halloween Specials hosted by the likes of Ghoul A-Go-Go, Gruesome Graves, Penny Dreadful, and the Bone Jangler.

Halloween and New Changes Coming Up !!!

This was an amazing October... four episodes of the Sicko-Psychotic show were aired on The Monster Channel. This was definitely a record for us since the Super Shock Show is relatively new. However, the show can be seen occasionally on Friday nights on WBXZ-TV's Throwback TV station. Also, a couple of the episodes appeared on The Vortexx streaming channel during the first week of November.

As we wrap up four more episodes of the first season, we are already planning some changes for the second season in order to get even more episodes out to you quicker and provide fun content for viewing, Because of the serialized segments of WEIRD ADVENTURES, featuring Starman and The Sons of Hercules, the episodes had to be watched in order. This will change in the second season so that episodes can be watched in any order. But we have a lot of really cool surprises in store for you with the up-and-coming QUICKY SHOCKERS segment that will replace WEIRD ADVENTURES. As for the main FREAKY FLICK presentation, the running time will be extended.

But getting back to the month of October, 2021... The Monster Channel aired our first Halloween Special from the original show, which introduced the characters of Aunt Clarice and Mama Lilith, along with two NEW Halloween Specials. It was an incredible event with an endless supply of horror-hosted shows featuring Arachna of the Spider People, Bobby Gammonster, Dario Eville, Dr. Dreck, Karlos Borloff, Mice Mace and David Binkley, Misty Brew, Remo D, Sally the Zombie Cheerleader, Victor Von Scary, and many others!

Las Vegas TV horror host Sicko-Psychotic presents the 1957 film Attack of the Aztec Mummy (a.k.a. Attack of the Mayan Mummy; La Momia Azteca) featuring Ramón Gay, Rosita Arenas, Crox Alvarado, Emma Roldán, Steve Conte, and Jorge Mondragón.

The English version was re-edited by Jerry Waren who filmed additional footage.
